• Lodewijk writes to Sandra updating that Karthik and Cristian (as back up) will be the liaison person for the WLM fiscal sponsorship.

Hiring process

We need to hire someone, especially for the tech stuff, on a contractor basis. Karthik thinks it might be helpful to get a small committee of two or three people that can make the process flow more easily.
Lodewijk says that he would prefer someone who is knowledgable about the entire WLM and/or Wikimedia movement for the 'technical' work.
Monica: an important first step is to write down what exactly the tech person would need to do - will Karthik do that? No, Karthik knows nothing about that, but [x] will do that. Lodewijk suggests that Karthik is 'owner' of this problem anyway, and will make sure it happens, rather that write the proza himself. (OPEN) who's in subcommittee

Micro grant

• Taiwan wondered what kind of help they can get. Partner wise, we will get in touch with international partner, ask them to forward an email to a local partner, so that the local partner can get in touch with the local team.

2012 update

List is almost ready for GWR. Platonides did found some error, and the count will be little less now. It will take about 8 weeks to get everything approved from the date the submit the request.

Vouchers are been brought with the help of local chapters.
