[edit] Does any one know why and how a bully and vandaliser like User:Lmbuga has being allowed to became an administrator.

He is an incredibly bias person who deliberatly destroys anything good about Ferrol. Recently he has been re-categorising loads of pictures which previously were categories as Ferrol to prevent the entry of Ferrol from having any good pictures. He asa issues with this City in North-western Spain. At the same time, he is working on developing further the entry about A Coruña because that is his home town in North-western Spain. THIS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND HE SHOULD BE SACTION ADECUATLY AS HE DESERVES. The reason why he deslikes Ferrol is because this is a military place in Spain and because the Spanish dictator FRANCISCO FRANCO WAS BORN THERE. Why not direct people to http://mail.wikipedia.org/mailman/listinfo/commons-l - the commons mailing list? At present we try to open new language section - Sakha (Yakut), Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Sakha. Has faced a problem of fear of Internet users before editing and a writing of clauses. Would an admin please replace all instances of "Wikipedians" in the article with "Wikimedians"? I think that I have listed them all below.

  • "Usually, you’ll find capable Wikipedians around, who’ll answer your questions."
  • "An experienced team of Wikipedians does read and answer to your message there—however, the probability for a quick answer is somewhat lower."

There is no mention of 'category' in the small sample window of info reqd - it has description, date etc. So, in my case, I have uploaded half a dozen before this was drawn to my attention - I can categories to my own uploads - but to help all of us, can someone authorised to amend this 'special' page please look at this? I've searched for a few days now and I'm just not getting the information requested. I was given a homework assignment of locating, researching and comparable costs of a mental health evaulation. We need up to three different mental health providers including prices of just the evaluation, not a plan for therapy just yet. Please take a moment and guide me in the right direction. I don't know who else to to go to. I anxiously await your response and/or recommendation. Thank you so much. Cindy Salas
