Ley brasileña: obras de arte[edit]
La ley brasileña sobre derechos de autor tiene norma más flexible cuanto a la reproducción de obras de arte en enciclopedias y diccionarios. Mi sugerencia es la creación de una plantilla para ese caso. Mirad abajo. --Luferom 09:47, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

According to the Brazilian Copytight Law, number 9.610, 1998 , and its official translation in English: Article 46 - The following shall not constitute violation of copyright: VIII- the reproduction of the whole work in the case of a work of three-dimensional art, on condition that the reproduction is not in itself the main subject matter of the new work and does not jeopardize the normal exploitation of the work reproduced or unjustifiably prejudice the author's legitimate interests.
Hence it is assumed that this image has been released as a GNU free documentation file. See Recursos no domínio público.

Plantilla para imagenes de Dominio Publico de Internet Archive / Prelinger Archives[edit]
He leido todas las plantillas de dominio publico de esta seccion y no encuentro (o se me paso de largo) una plantilla para las imagenes de captura de Videos del Internet Archive (archive.org) o de las colecciones de Prelinger, creo que seria recomendable la creacion de una plantilla en la seccion de Estados Unidos ya que las licencias americanas (en Prelinger) todas las peliculas son de dominio publico, tengo pensado agregar imagenes de Prelinger para mis informes de Jam Handy para wikipedia en español y catalogarlas con sus correspondientes reseñas, temporariamente agregare la de Dominio Publico, si alguien me puede ayudar a agregar la plantilla correcta les agradecere y espero sus comentarios en mi discusion. --GuiaMartinez 23:27, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
Fair Use Rationale[edit]
It is legal to use the -fair use rationale- of a non-free use media, if it acomplish certain requirements, must be an screenshot of low quality, that basically, illustrates the content of an article, such like movie, vedeogame or TV Program based article, the only think you have to do is fill the rationale with the copyright and permission you have to use this media, I think this could be useful for the wikipedia projects that use wikimedia Commons, It would be useful for the wikipedians to use the -Fair Use Rationale- with commons.

yo uso la licencia Creative Commons atribución no comercial en casi todo mi arte (está en cuenta de deviantart. Si solo se puede usar "atribución, compartir igual" subiría muy pocas imágenes de esa galería; como 1%--Esteban.barahona (talk) 19:10, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
