Links must be to Hebrew upload forms

Currently most of the links here point to English versions of the upload form. They must point to a Hebrew version. Can anyone please fix it? --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 12:32, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Yes. The problem is that links in the template are malformed, eg

• http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Upload&uselang=ownwork-he

should be

• http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Upload&uselang=heownwork
