Note: Louis Poyet signed his engravings with "POYET" or "Louis Poyet", the bottoms of the Y and T curving to the left. His nephew Jean was a photographer in Epernay from 1902 to 1956 and signed his photos also with "POYET" or "J. Poyet", but with the Y and T curving to the right.[1]
