Faroese dance
From Wikimedia Commons, the free media repository
The Faroese dance is a living mediaeval heritage without comparison in Europe. It is absolute common also among young people. At festivals many of the dancers wear the Faroese costume. When they meet in wintertime to dance together they normally don't wear the costume.
