English: A temporarily stunned (and perhaps chilled) Common Firecrest in Lille, France. It was found on a pavement at the foot of a tall building after a cool night. It flew away after it warmed up. Maybe it had hit a window or a car.
Français : Roitelet triple-bandeau, l'un des plus petits oiseaux d'Europe (9 cm environ, pour de 4 à 7 grammes). Photographié à Lille, trouvé sur un trottoir au pied d'un grand immeuble, après une nuit fraiche (sans gelée). S'est envolé après s'être réchauffé. Peut être avait il percuté une vitre ou un véhicule ? |
