മലയാളം: ആസ്മാ മൂർച്ഛയിൽ ശ്വാസനാളികൾക്കുള്ളിൽ നടക്കുന്ന സൂക്ഷ്മ പ്രക്രിയകൾ:
1. ശ്വാസകോശത്തിലൂടെ പ്രത്യൂർജ്ജകങ്ങളുടെ കണികകൾ ഉള്ളിലെത്തുന്നു. 2 ദ്രുമികകോശങ്ങൾ പ്രത്യ്യുർജ്ജകത്തിന്റെ തന്മാത്രകളെ “വിഴുങ്ങു”കയും ഉള്ളിലിട്ട് ചില രാസമാറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. 3. പ്രത്യൂർജ്ജകങ്ങളെ “ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു” ടി-കോശങ്ങൾക്ക് സമർപ്പിച്ച് അവയെ ഉത്തേജിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. കൂടുതൽ ടി-കോശങ്ങളെ പരിസരത്തേയ്ക്ക് ആകർഷിക്കുന്നു. 4. സഹായി ടി-കോശങ്ങളിലെ (Th2) ബി-കോശങ്ങളെ കൂടുതൽ ഇമ്മ്യൂണോഗ്ലോബുലിൻ-ഇ തന്മാത്രകളുടെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കായി പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. 5. ഇമ്മ്യൂണോഗ്ലോബുലിൻ-ഇ തന്മാത്രകൾ മാസ്റ്റ് കോശങ്ങളെ കൂടുതൽ കോശജ്വലന പ്രക്രിയകളിലേക്ക് നിയോഗിക്കുന്നു. 6. ഇമ്മ്യൂണോഗ്ലോബുലിൻ-ഇ മാസ്റ്റ് കോശങ്ങളുമായി കുറുകണ്ണികൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. 7. മാസ്റ്റ് കോശങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് ഹിസറ്റമീനുകളും ല്യൂക്കോട്രയീനുകളും വൻതോതിൽ ഉത്സർജ്ജിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു 8. ഹിസ്റ്റമീനും ല്യൂക്കോട്രയീനുകളും ചേർന്ന് ശ്വാസനാളികളുടെ ഭിത്തിയിലുള്ള മൃദുപേശികളെ വികസിച്ച് ശ്വാസനാളത്തെ സങ്കോചിക്കാൻ പ്രകോപിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. 9. ശ്വാസനാളീഭിത്തിയോട് ചേർന്നുനിൽക്കുന്ന ലോമികകളിൽനിന്നും പ്ലാസ്മ ഊറി പുറത്തേക്ക് പരക്കാനും തന്മൂലം ശ്വാസനാളിക്കകത്തും ചുറ്റുമായി നീർക്കെട്ടുണ്ടാകാനും ഹിസ്റ്റമീൻ-ല്യൂക്കോട്രയീൻ സംഘം കാരണമാകുന്നു 10. മാസ്റ്റ്, ടി-കോശം, ബി-കോശം എന്നിവകളിൽ നിന്ന് വിസർജ്ജിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന രാസാനുചലക ഘടകങ്ങൾ മജ്ജയിൽ എത്തി ഇയോസിനോഫിൽ കോശങ്ങളുടെ ഉല്പാദനത്തിന് വേഗത കൂട്ടുന്നു. ശ്വാസകോശ വായു അറകളിലെത്തുന്ന ഇയോസിനോഫിലുകളുടെ പ്രവർത്തനം മൂലം കഫവൃദ്ധിയുണ്ടാകുന്നു |
