Description

120521-N-VN372-001 KABUL -- (May 21, 2012) An Afghan National Police officer slaps hands with an Afghan child during the 1st Police Film Festival held at the Babur Gardens, May 21.

The week-long festival was designed to open a cultural dialogue between the ANP and Afghan community that will help improve communication and aid in shaping new, positive perceptions of the Afghan police force.
