Description

New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina:

Lower 9th Ward, near the inner breach of the Industrial Canal levee. Address where Jourdan Avenue home formerly existed is marked by a few scattered items and debris, and sign with with the address and message "All we have left is our life & our dignity". To right, a corner of the barge which landed in the neighborhood.
