Description
English: Cake and finger foods were had by the Soldiers of the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division after the Black History Month program at Camp Taji, Iraq, Feb. 15. The keynote speaker, Baton Rouge, La., native Lt. Col. Charles Dalcourt Jr., the deputy brigade commander, had the honor of cutting the first piece.
