Grady Dacus, commander of Battery B, 2nd Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, briefs representatives of the local communities on the quality of life Soldiers returning from West Africa will experience during their time in the controlled monitoring site Nov. 24 at Fort Hood, Texas. The battalion played an important role building the site using existing buildings on North Fort Hood and are heading up site control to help take care of their fellow Soldiers.
