Description
English: Live imaging of β2AR::mCherry rapid internalization after exposure to isoprenaline. A single cell expressing β2AR::mCherry exhibits diffuse expression at the plasma membrane. Twenty minute time-lapse imaging after isoprenaline exposure shows β2AR::mCherry becoming punctate and internalized, with some protein remaining at the plasma membrane.
