"Frame with novelty siding, rectangular with rear extension, 26' (three-bay front) x 30' one story, gable roof with exposed rafters and purlins forming brackets, two-bay gable-roof entrance porch with square columns and baluastrade. Built 1920-21; demolished 1978. 4 ext. photos (1977). Also see Chemwa Indian School (OR-129). Card prepared 1979."
