The 4825 Guernsey Street (House) is significant for its impressive architectural style and details. This well designed structure exemplifies the architecture of late nineteenth century and early twentieth century. The distinctive design of the 4825 Guernsey Street (House) is indicative of the once solid neighborhood in which it is situated along Guernsey Street.
