LOC card text: "5495 Chugach St, N.E. Red brick on concrete foundations with wooden trim, built around central Courtyard with rear wing, 112' (fourteen-bay front) x 132' with 42' x 28' wing, two stories, hip roof, one bay entrance porch with gable roof and arched opening; dormitory, pressed metal ceilings. Built 1923 during period of major expansion; numerous interior alterations, n.d.; demolished 1978. 4 ext photos (1977), 3 int. photos (1977). Also see Chemawa Indian School (OR-129). Card prepared 1979."
