At first sight these diptera look like flies,but their antennae are rather long and evenly segmented (2 basal segments following 4 segmented flagellum) as it is typical for thread-horn (Nematocera); as the eyes are big it is probably a male: ♂ more info: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bibionidae
