U.S. Service members with Marine Corps Black Sea Rotational Force 11 held a Raven UAV familiarization course for a class of 24 Romanian soldiers at the base. Black Sea Rotational Force is an annual multilateral security cooperation activity with partner nations in the Black Sea, Balkan, and Caucasus regions designed to enhance participants collective professional military capacity, promote regional stability, and build enduring relationships with partner nations. |
