Description

"Since the conflicts and fighting started in Mogadishu there have not been any kind of jobs. Before the fighting started we lived a very good life, but at the moment life is uncomfortable. If the fighting stopped there would be less Somali teenagers roaming Mogadishu streets without work.

Everyone faces enormous challenges here, but if I talk about myself, I can say one of my biggest challenges has been the lack of job opportunities.

But it seems that the problems are ongoing and drastically affecting the progress of a Somali generation.

I would really like to see lasting peace in Somalia so I can finish my university education and then I could get a good job with enough salary for a comfortable life."
