English: Aberystwyth station and train from Carmarthen. View SE, towards Carmarthen to the right, Machynlleth to the left: terminus of the ex-GW line from Carmarthen and the ex-Cambrian main line from Machynlleth etc. (Also to the right beyond the main station was the terminus of the ex-GW Vale of Rheidol narrow-gauge line from Devil's Bridge). The Churchward 43XX 2-6-0 No. 7312 (built 12/21, withdrawn 12/63) is backing out after bringing in the train from Carmarthen. |
