Deutsch: Das kurze Video fasst die Eigenschaften natürlicher Böden und den Einfluss der konventionellen Landwirtschaft auf diese Böden zusammen: Natürliche Böden besitzen eine optimale Porenstruktur, sie verfügen über Speicherkapazitäten für pflanzliche (mineralische) Nährstoffe und sie enthalten symbiotische Mikroorganismen, die Pflanzen Zugang zu diesen Speichern ermöglichen. Durch Pflügen, Bodenverdichtung und die massive Anwendung von Düngern und Pestiziden werden viele dieser Eigenschaften in landwirtschaftliche genutzten Böden beschädigt. |
