Description: Scrapbook page contains one photograph of the Athens Acropolis taken from the east, with annotated information about the geography and history of the site.

Transcription: A rocky plateau 150 to 200 ft high, about 1000 x 500 ft. Earliest seat of the Athenian kings. Later devoted to the Gods. Buildings destroyed by the Persians B.C. 480. Present ruins are of time of Pericles.
