English: Left to Right: Sean Barrett TD, Peter Mulvaney of the Irish Seamen's Relatives Association, Her Excellency Maria Espher Bondanza the Argentine Ambassador to Ireland, Harry Callan (who was on a British ship which was captured by the Nazis as it left Buenos Aires, as an Irish sailor he was not accorded POW status. He is the last survivor of the captured Irish who refused to work for the Nazis). Lastly Peadar Ward (wearing chain of office) President of the Maritime Institute of Ireland
