Description
English: Iron bridge beside the old hydroelectric power plant of Rheinfelden, seen from the Swiss banks of the river Rhine. A temporary dam work is visible in the middle of the river, from which the river bed below the new hydroelectric power plant was deepened. In the foreground some fishing boats (so called "Weidlinge").
Deutsch: Der Eisensteg des alten Wasserkraftwerkes bei Rheinfelden, vom Schweizer Rheinufer aus gesehen. Darunter in Flussmitte ist noch der provisorische Arbeitsdamm zu sehen, von dem aus das Flussbett unterhalb des neuen Wasserkraftwerks vertieft wurde. Im Vordergrund einige sogenannte Weidlinge (Fischerboote, siehe Weidling (Boot)).
