Sister Trotter (second from left) enjoys a cup of tea with colleagues in the Nurse's Lounge at Park Prewett Hospital in Basingstoke. Her colleagues are, left to right, Sister Bertha Case, an English nurse from the American Hospital in Paris who is now a member of American Hospital in Britain (AHB); Miss N Russell (pouring the tea) is an American nurse trained at Bellevue Hospital, New York; and Sister Radcliffe is an English nurse from St Thomas's Hospital in London.
