Summary[edit]

Description

okay, so this isn't really the way the ruins originally looked. a hundred years ago, this was just an empty field. but a team of belgian archeologists found the ruins of apamea, a roman city that once had a population of a half million, and started to rebuild it.

the controversial "restoration archeology" is still going on as they figure out which pieces go with which other pieces. and so apamea is rising again like a giant puzzle
