| Description |
English: Arty G, Market Street, Omagh. Two buskers outside Supervalu on Omagh's Market Street are competing for the best pitch. Sadly Arti Gee (Arty G) , alias Arthur McGonigle, pictured on the right, died on Saturday, 2nd November, 2007 at the age of 59. He entertained crowds of people at this pitch for 30 years. Also seen in the picture is his trusty canine companion, "Gismo". Walking past his vacant spot this morning, I could have sworn that the wee dog was hovering about waiting for him.
