Flamengo is the name of a neighborhood (bairro) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The parque, pictured here in 2005, shall become a location for the Pan American Games of 2007.

Violation of those rights is frequently punished by Brazilian courts with pecuniary indemnisations to the offended party.
