Bödelssvärd
Description
Svenska: Fäste av förgylld mässing av typ anslutande till den karolinska kavalleriofficersvärjans. Knapp stor, nästan päronformig, på vardera ut- och insidan ett slätt fält inramat av en konturerad, konkav bård, som på fram- och baksidan bildar ett vertikalt listmönster, upptill sammanlöpande i en båge. Nitknapp (stukad uppifrån), vid, låg med vågig kantlist. Handbygel, parerplåt och parerstänger släta med smal kantlist. Handbygel med vidgat mittparti och upptill fäst vid knappens nederdel med en skruv genom den uppvikta, radiellt ornerade foten. Nedtill runt knappens hals och upptill runt krysset en vågig kantlist.
Kavel spolformig, lindad med tvinnad silvertråd, upptill och nertill ett ringbeslag med längsgående ränder.
Klinga bred, flackslipad och med tvärt avskuren ytterände. Baspartiet på båda sidor med en ca 190 mm lång, grund hålkäl. På båda sidor etsad inskription i skrivstil, med början på insidan: "Medh detta Swerdh är Richs Rådetz och // General Gouverneurens i Finland gambla // Claes Flemingz ena Sohn halshuggen // efter Konung Carl den IX:s befalning". På utsidan ovanför hålkälen ett punsat ornament i form av stegel och hjul. Vid klingbasen på vardera sidan en inslagen klingsmedsstämpel i form av ett krönt P (LRK vägledning 1921:54).
