Description	BCN lanza Programa Ley Fácil y Leyes en Mapudungun Los presidentes del Senado, Adolfo Zaldívar, y de la Cámara de Diputados, Francisco Encina, encabezaron este 21 de enero el lanzamiento oficial del Programa Ley Fácil, de la Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional (BCN), destinado a hacer accesible las leyes a la ciudadanía usando un lenguaje de fácil entendimiento y cotidiano. La BCN se ha propuesto ser un puente entre el origen de las leyes y la ciudadanía y en cumplimiento de este objetivo empezó a desarrollar hace un par de años un proyecto que pusiera las leyes al alcance de toda la ciudadanía, pero que pese al uso de un lenguaje claro y muy accesible, fueran precisas desde el punto de vista jurídico. Se comenzó con las leyes de más alta demanda ciudadana, hasta completar 100 el año pasado y se dio comienzo a la difusión gratuita.
