English: News Baras Municipal Hall - Baras, Rizal[1] -- located along the Highway, including the panorama of the Gymnasium, Covered Court, the Police Station, Nursery, green house, Plaza and the scenery, the greens, grass fields, rice paddies, the rice fields, blue mountains surrounding the back of the Municipio ---is a first class municipality in the province of Rizal, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 32,609 people in 4,971 households. Baras is well known for its Church, Saint Joseph Parish, which has been the setting of different TV Programs, TV Commercials, Documentaries, Movies, etc. The current Parish Priest is Rev. Fr. Romarico V. Hilario. - Saint Joseph Parish School, etc. -- Coordinates: 14°31'20"N 121°15'59"Echool is the only Catholic School in the town. It offers a good quality education with high standard facilities.
