Object history Coleção Angelo Antonio Rósea
Notes Part o a set originally composed by twelve paintings (oil on slate) representing Christ and the apostles, of which eight are housed in the collection of the Museu Nacional de Belas Artes. The attribution to Bernardino Luini dates back to the 19th-century, but the painting is more likely to be by a later painter, from the second half of the 16th-century or the early 17th-century (the brothers Giovanni Battista and Giovanni Mauro Della Rovere?).
