Bookshop after Hurricane Ike, Galveston, Texas. "Little Shop of Horrors. Welcome to Galveston Bookshop. We are offering great prices on gently demolished books. Bring your own dumpster. This is the front of the store with the front door there on the left. Everything on the first level is gone baby gone. It's all gutted now and we are planning our come-back. It seems like the ideal time to drop a nice ceramic tile floor in doesn't it? Hope everyone else in Galveston is safe and sound. I've been without power and internet for 2 weeks. They should have something like a methadone program for internet addicts ... " |
