English: Bracken mowing, Porth Hellick On the strip of land (a vegetated sand and shingle bar) between the bay and the Porth Hellick Pool in the Higher Moors Nature Trail. The mowing may be to attempt to suppress the bracken and allow the grass and wild flowers to return as is being done on The Garrison by Dartmoor ponies. |
