Summary[edit]
DescriptionBrownian Motion.ogv |
English: Brownian motion illustrates the trajectory of a "random walk" in three dimensions and illustrates the exemplar behavior of a small drop of red dye released into a container of water and the diffusion process that ensues.
Note: The model can be downloaded and run in real time to fully visualize the full perspective of the trajectory. The model runs only in the VisSim viewer, but that can be downloaded for free. By pressing and holding the ctrl key, and placing the cursor at one corner of the plot and dragging it, the grid can be rotated to view the complete motion in three dimensions. |
