Description
Deutsch: Die zuletzt für das sowjetische Sonderlager genutzte Bahnrampe. Während der NS-Zeit – seit Anfang 1944 – kamen hier u.a. die Züge mit den Lagerinsassen an. Von hier aus gingen auch Züge nach Auschwitz ab. Die zehn Kilometer lange Buchenwaldbahn wurde im Frühjahr 1943 von KZ-Häftlingen in nur drei Monaten errichtet. Sie diente zunächst der Versorgung der nebenan liegenden Rüstungsfabrik. Zustand 2012.
