For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
ADN-ZB Uhlemann-21.1.89 Berlin: "Tage der Jugend im Palast"- Ein Höhepunkt der Veranstaltungen am 10.1.89 war der Auftritt der BRD-Rockgruppe "Purple Schulz". "Isvai" heißt ihre aktuelle LP, die sie live bei den "Tagen der Jugend" im Großen Saal des Palastes präsentierten. Bekannt wurde die Gruppe durch Hits wie "Verliebte Jungs" oder "Sehnsucht". Während der einwöchigen Veranstaltungsreihe bot sich den jungen Besuchern ein vielfältiges Programm. Insgesamt mehr als 3 000 Mitwirkende sorgten unter dem Dach des Hauses am Marx-Engels-Platz für Unterhaltung und Entspannung."
