For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Getreideernte mit Mähbinder Zentralbild Sturm 13 Motive 26.7.1954 Die Ernte hat begonnen Die Maschinen- und Traktorenstation Pritzwalk im Bezirk Potsdam verfügt über ein gut überlegtes Dispatschersystem. Durch Ultra-Kurzwellen-Geräte sind die einzelnen Brigadestützpunkte mit der Zentrale auf der Maschinen- und Traktorenstation verbunden. Schnell und reibungslos wickelt sich so, auch unter den ungünstigen Wetterverhältnissen, die in diesem Jahr herrschen, die Ernte ab. Alle eventuell auftretenden Schwierigekiten werden sofort der Zentrale signalisiert und von dort mit Nachdruck und Übersicht behoben. UBz: Kollege Strelzek mit seinem Mähbinder.
