For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Berlin, Holzfabrik, Besprechung Zentralbild Junge 11.1.1955Hein-Qu 2 Mot. Brigade Ginapp ergreift die Initiative. Bei der Neuwahl ihrer Gewerkschaftsfunktionäre beschließt die Brigade Ginapp im VEB Holzwerk in Berlin Hohenschöhausen, zur Arbeit an der Taktstrasse überzugehen, um einen höheren Produktionsausstoß, eine Senkung der Selbstkosten und eine höhere Arbeitsproduktivität zu erreichen. Sie verpflichteten den WErkleiter bis zum 25.1.55. den Produktionsplan aufgeschlüsselt auf Brigaden zu unterbreiten und richten einen offenen Brief an die Bauprojektierung Groß-Berlin, Hochbau I, damit endlich Schluß gemacht wird mit der saumseligen Bearbeitung und Übermittlung der Produktionsunterlagen. UBz: Brigadier Ginapp (4.v.l.) erklärt seinen Brigademitgliedern die neue Arbeitsweise an der Taktstrasse. Die Arbeit hat bereits begonnen.
