For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Diesdorf, LPG, Bau von Wohnhäusern
Zentralbild Bissan-Wit-Ku.-2 Motive-8.11.1955 Vergünstigungen für den Bau von LPG-Hauswirtschaften beschloß die Regierung der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik. Genossenschaftsbauern der LPG "Vorwärts" in Diesdorf bei Magdeburg begannen daher eine eigene Siedlung aus 9 (neun) Hauswirtschaften zu erbauen. Die ersten drei Wirtschaften sind im Rohbau bereits fertig. Jede LPG-Hauswirtschaft besteht aus einem Wohnhaus, einem kleinen Wirtschaftsgebäude und zwei Morgen Land zur individuellen Bearbeitung. Die Deutsche Bauernbank stellt den Genossenschaftsbauern langfristige Kredite zur Verfügung, mit denen 85 % der Baukosten gedeckt werden. 15 % der Baukosten bringen die Genossenschaftsbauern in barem Geld oder eigener Arbeit auf. UBz: Dieser Neubau der kleinen Siedlung gehört dem Genossenschaftsbauern Adolf Bauer, Feldbaubrigadier der LPG "Vorwärts". Auf der Feldseite (im Vordergrund) steht das kleine Wirtschaftsgebäude, das zu jeder neuen LPG-Hauswirtschaft gehört. |
