For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Holbach, Wohnhäuser der MTS Zentralbild Köhne Mo-Sch. 26.10.1956 Neue Wohnungen für die Mitarbeiter der MTS Holbach-Krs. Nordhausen. Um die Wohnverhältnisse der Mitarbeiter der MTS Holbach (Grenzgebiet im Kreis Nordhausen) grundlegend zu verbessern, wurden bereits im Jahre 1955 56 sechs Doppelhäuser errichtet, für die je DM 52.000, -- investiert wurden. Im Herbst ds. Jrs. werden weitere vier Familien ihre Wohnungen in zwei neuen Doppelhäusern beziehen können, auch in der Nachbargemeinde Liebenroda baut die MTS für ihre Mitarbeiter ein Wohnhaus mit 4 Wohnungseinheiten im Werte von DM 90.000, --. UBz: Blick auf drei Doppelhäuser in Holbach, die bereits in diesem Jahr bezogen werden konnten.
