For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
MTS-Bereichskonferenz, Modell der Entwicklung Zentralbild Gahlbeck 20.1.1959 MTS-Bereichskonferenz beriet Aufgaben der Landwirtschaft. Auf der II. MTS-Bereichskonferenz der MTS Schmiedefeld in Neuhaus-Rwg. wurde über die Entwicklung der Landwirtschaft in diesem Kreis beraten. Dabei kam zum Ausdruck, daß die wesentliche Aufgabe für die 21 Landwirtschaftlichen Produktionsgenossenschaften und die 2 vollgenossenschaftlichen Dörfer, entsprechend der Struktur des Kreises, in der Rinderaufzucht und Rinderhaltung besteht. UBz: Ein Modell, auf dem die sozialistische Umgestaltung des Kreises und die weitere Perspektive anschaulich gezeigt wird, stand während der Konferenzpause im Mittelpunkt des Interesses. Der Direktor der MTS Werner Husl (links) erklärt, wo in Zukunft die Großweideflächen und Rinderoffenställe errichtet werden.
