For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Haselbach, Bäuerin beim Melken Zentralbild Martin 26.10.1959 LPG-Bäuerinnen im Erfahrungsaustausch mit sowjetischen Kolchos-Bäuerinnen. Mit Bäuerinnen des Bjelorussischen Thälmann-Kolchos stehen die Bäuerinnen der LPG in Haselbach (Erzgebirge) in einem Erfahrungsaustausch. Sie haben einen wesentlichen Anteil an der Entwicklung und Leistung der LPG. Die LPG Haselbach ist mit der Nachbar-LPG Dörnthal zusammengeschlossen und bewirtschaftet mit 88 Mitgliedern, davon 48 Frauen, 646, 79 ha, das sind 40 Prozent der Gemeindefläche. Der Arbeit der Frauen ist es mit zuverdanken, dass die LPG trotz verschiedener Schwierigkeiten am 1.1.1960 ohne jeglichen staatlichen Zuschuß arbeiten wird. Der durchschnittliche Milchertrag je Kuh im Jahr liegt bei 2 300 kg. Der weitaus größte Teil der Viehwirtschaft wird von Frauen geleitet. 25 Prozent der Mitglieder der Feldbaubrigade sind Frauen. UBz: Ursula Straude ist mit 17 Jahren das jüngste LPG-Mitglied. Sie hilft mit, 30 Kühe im Stall zu betreuen, wovon ihre beste Kuh "Toska" 3500 Liter Milch gibt. Im Stall wird mit der Melkmaschine gemolken.
