For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Aussage, Markus Brück Zentralbild Stöhr-11.7.1963 1. Strafsenat setzte Verhandlung gegen Globke fort. Der 1. Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR setzte am 11.7.1963 die Hauptverhandlung gegen den millionenfachen Judenmörder Globke fort. Im Mittelpunkt steht heute der Komplex der berüchtigten "Endlösung der Judenfrage". Wie am Vortage sagten zahlreiche Zeugen aus, die die faschistische Judenverfolgung am eigenen Leibe erlebten. UBz: Der jetzt 65jährige Markus Brück aus Berlin-Pankow schilderte seine Flucht vor den Folgen der Nürnberger Rassengesetze, die mit seiner Deportation nach Auschwitz endete. Er sagte: " Diesem Herrn Globke habe ich es zu verdanken, daß ich meine 3 Kinder und meine Frau verlor. Auch von meinen Brüdern und Schwestern und den anderen nächsten Angehörigen ist keiner mehr am Leben."
