Zentralbild Spremberg 18.10.1968 bi-Pr. Berlin: Bedeutsame Sitzung des Staatsrates zur weiteren Entwicklung der sozialisitschen Kultur. Der Vorsitzende des Staatsrates der DDR, Walter Ulbricht, appellierte zum Abschluß der 13. Sitzung des Staatsrates, die am 18. Oktober 1968 im Beisein von über 200 Vertretern des öffentlichen Lebens und Kulturschaffenden stattfand, an alle Künslter, Schriftsteller, Geistesschaffende, Kunstwerke von hoher künstlerischer Qualität zum Geburtstag der Republik zu schaffen - voller hoher Parteilichkeit und mit tiefem ideologischen Gehalt.
