For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Schenkenberg, Blick in die Küche ADN-ZB Kluge 20.8.74 Bez. Leipzig: Mehr als 300 Essenportionen werden täglich in der Küche der LPG Schenkenberg zubereitet. Für die Erntekollektive der Kooperation füllen Küchenleiterin Gerlinde Schulze (vorn) und Elfriede Hese die Speisen in entsprechende Behälter, die dann auf das Feld transportiert werden. Weiterhin werden drei Kindergärten, ein Hort und das Agrochemische Zentrum Delitzsch mit warmen Mittagessen versorgt.
