For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Wermsdorf, Naturkundliche Führung für Kinder ADN-ZB Grubitzsch 20.9.1980-Jugend Bez. Leipzig; Zu den Besuch im Wald waren unlängst die Schüler einer sechsten Klasse der 35. Oberschule aus Leipzig. Revierförster Horst Linde vom Staatlichen Forstwirtschaftsbetrieb Wermsdorf begleitete die Mädchen und Jungen bei ihrer Lehrwanderung durch den Forst im Kreis Eilenburg. Dabei demonstrierte er einiges, was zu den Aufgaben eines Försters gehört, wie das Messen des Baumstammdurchmessers mittels einer Kluppe.
