Berlin, Namensgebung Wachregiment Engels ADN-ZB Zimmermann 4.10.80 Berlin: Namensverleihung-Den Namen des Mitbegründers des Wissenschaftlichen Kommunismus und ersten Militärtheoretikers der Arbeiterklasse, Friedrich Engels, verlieh zum Nationalfeiertag der DDR Armeegeneral Heinz Hoffmann, Mitglied des Politbüros des ZK der SED und Minister für Nationale Verteidigung, an das Wachregiment Berlin der NVA. Hier das feierliche Zeremoniell vor dem Mahnmal für die Opfer des Faschismus und Militarismus Unter den Linden.
