Description
Čeština: Vlajka obce Bystré, okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Zelený list se žlutým pruhem na dolním okraji, širokým čtvrtinu šířky listu, ve vlající polovině zvlněným se třemi vrcholy a dvěma prohlubněmi. V žerďové polovině zeleného pole žluté průčelí kostela s červenými dveřmi a třemi červenými obloukovými okny vedle sebe, s červenou střechou, z níž uprostřed vyniká žlutá věž s červeným obloukovým oknem a červenou střechou zakončenou křížkem. Pod ním ve žlutém pruhu vodorovně modrý tkalcovský člunek.
