Summary[edit]

Description
English: Freely swimming sperm (wild-type and Cris-deficient) under non-capacitating conditions. The recording was performed using an epifluorescent microscope (IX71; Olympus) equipped with a 10× objective (UPLSAPO; NA 0.4). Frames were acquired at 60 fps using a back-illuminated EMCCD camera (DU-897D; Andor Technologies). The movie is shown in real time.
